What does the term "Restocking" in the info line of an item mean?
A Restocking item is an item that is out of stock, but we have ordered the item manufacturer. Orders containing restocks do not ship until we have received all restocking Items in that order, unless you chose to have them ship separately.
How long does it take for Restocking items to get back in stock?
Most restocking items will be back in stock in less then two weeks. The time varies depending the time it takes the shipment to get to us and how long it takes the manufacture to process our order, but its pretty rare that it takes longer then two weeks. If we are notified of any delays from the manufacture we notify every one with a restocking order via Email.
How can I get my restocking items to ship separately from my normal items?
When you are choosing shipping options during the checkout procedure there will be a check-box for separating your shipment. There may be additional shipping costs applied to the order if it is broken in to separate shipments.
Are my restocking item subject to change in price?
No. Once payment has been accepted for an order containing a restocking item, the price of the item for that order will not change. If we decide to raise the price you will not be charged an additional amount. If you decide to place a second order or add additional restocking items after we have instituted a price raise or decrease, you must pay the new amount for any additional items you wish to order.
