Cardhaus Games Challenge Series

Announcing the Cardhaus Games Challenge Series 2012!

Beginning January 14th there will be one Cardhaus Challenger Event
each month. Each event will pay out over $2500 in prizes and players
will earn points towards our Challenger of the Year pay out in
December awarding over $5000 in prizes!

Here is the pay schedule for each Challenge Event-

1st- $700 and 15 Challenge Points
2nd- $300 and 13 Challenge Points
3rd/4th- $200 and 11 Challenge Points
5th-8th- $100 and 8 Challenge Points
9th-16th- $50 Certificate to Cardhaus Games and 4 Challenge Points
17th-32nd- $25 Certificate to Cardhaus Games and 2 Challenge Points
33rd and down- 1 Challenge Point

All Challenge Events will be sanctioned Standard Swiss tournaments
with a cut to Top 8 elimination. Entry fee for each Challenge Event
will be $25. All Events will be held at the Seattle Center.

After the final Challenge Event in December we will crown the
Challenger of the Year. This will be the player who picked up the most
Challenge Points throughout the 12 Challenge Events!

The Challenger of the Year pay out-

1st- $1000
2nd- $500
3rd- $400
4th- $350
5th- $300
6th- $250
7th- $225
8th- $200
9th/10th- $175
11th/12th- $150
13th/14th- $125
15th/16th- $100
17th-19th- $75
20th-32nd- $50

Each Challenge Event will have side events such as Booster Drafts,
Commander, Modern, etc. All side events will award 1 Challenge Point
to each entrant.

Basic information-

Format - Standard (Except for the Challenge Event at GP
Seattle/Tacoma. This will be sealed deck.)
Entry Fee- $25
Times- Registration begins at 9am. All Events will start promptly at 10am.
