In Castelnuovo, you will manage your army using vertical wooden blocks with stickers, and you will not be able to see the types of units your opponent has.
The board is divided into zones and you will have other types of resources such as cannon batteries, walls, bastions, trenches, etc.
Battles are played by rolling 6-sided dice and using a deck of cards for each side, allowing you to give orders, improve your battles, dig trenches and trigger special events.
