Shipping FAQ

Does my order qualify for free shipping? 

As long as your order is being shipped to an address is the continental U.S. and is over $125, shipping is on us!

What shipping information do I need to provide for my order to be processed?

We require the following information in order to process your order:

Your full name.

Your street address including any apartment / block / building numbers.

Your city.

Your state / province / district / county

Your postal code.

Your Country.

Your email address

Your telephone number

We will only use this information as far as is necessary to process your order and get the products to you.  An email address is required for receiving your order confirmation and invoice as well as the tracking information for your order.  A telephone number is required to provide to the carrier for your package in the event that they have trouble delivering your order.

Please note:  We use UPS for our free shipping method and they do not deliver to P.O boxes.  If you want your order delivered to a P.O. Box, you will have to pay for USPS shipping.  

 

Does Cardhaus.com ship to locations outside of the U.S.?

Yes!  We ship to anywhere in the world, with a few exceptions.

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We ship nearly every order within one business day of the order being placed.  In the unlikely event that we aren't able to ship your order within one to two business days we will contact you to let you know about the delay. 

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS)

 

What is USPS shipping?

USPS shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service.  If you live outside the United States your order will be delivered by the national postal service of the country in which you reside.  (e.g. Canada Post, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc...)

 
For domestic shipments we offer the following options for USPS shipping:

First Class Mail - This shipping method has an average transit time of 3-4 days to the continental US.  Packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Territories may take a little longer, but usually no more than 7 days.  All First Class Mail packages include tracking.

Priority Mail - This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-3 days to the continental US.  Packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Territories may take a little longer, but usually no more than 4-5 days.  All Priority Mail packages include tracking. Priority Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery date. In some cases it can take the USPS longer than the quoted 1-3 business days (including Saturday). This is unfortunately out of our control if the package takes longer than the quoted time. For international shipments we offer the following options for USPS shipping:

First Class Mail International - This shipping method has an average transit time of 7-18 business days.  Orders shipped using this method will be delivered by the national post office of your country.  It is possible, though not likely, that packages sent this way will be subjected to additional inspection by customs.  When this happens it can delay a shipment by a few days to a week.  This shipping method does not have a tracking number so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Priority Mail International - This shipping method has an average transit time of 6-10 business days to most major markets.  Some shipments may take longer depending on the location.  All Priority Mail International shipments have full tracking.  Here is the link to USPS' information and disclaimers for Priority Mail International https://www.usps.com/international/priority-mail-international.htm

How do I track an order shipped using USPS?

Orders sent using USPS can be tracked athttps://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action.  Simply enter the tracking number provided to you through the email you received from us when your order was processed.  If you didn't receive a tracking number with your shipment or the tracking number has been lost please contact us and we will be happy to send it over. 

 

What is UPS shipping?

UPS shipping is provided by the United Parcel Service.  UPS is the world's largest global courier service providing shipping to more than 220 countries.

 

For domestic shipments we offer the following options through UPS shipping:

UPS Ground - This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-7 days to the continental US.  UPS Ground is not available to Hawaii or other US Territories and is not recommended for Alaska.  All UPS shipments come with full tracking information which will show where the package is and provide an estimated delivery date.

UPS 2nd Day Air - This shipping method has a transit time of 2 business days.  Orders will be processed the following business day.  All UPS shipments come with full tracking information which will show where the package is and provide an estimated delivery date. For example: If an order is placed on Monday, it will not be picked up by UPS until Tuesday. Once it has been picked up by UPS on Tuesday, it needs 2 business days to arrive. UPS guarantees delivery by end of the day Thursday.

UPS Next Day Air - This shipping method has a transit time of 1 business day.  Orders will be processed the following business day.  All UPS shipments come with full tracking information which will show where the package is and provide an estimated delivery date
 

For international shipments we offer the following options through UPS shipping:

UPS Worldwide Expedited - This shipping method has an average transit time of 4-7 days to most locations.  This shipping method comes with full tracking and will show where the package is at each step and will also include an estimated delivery date.

UPS Worldwide Express - This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-4 days.  This shipping method comes with full tracking which will show where the package is at each step and will also include an estimated delivery date.

How do I track an order shipped using UPS?

Orders sent using UPS can be tracked at http://www.ups.com.  Simply enter the tracking number provided to you through the email you received from us when your order was processed.  If you didn't receive a tracking number with your shipment or the tracking number has been lost please contact us and we will be happy to send it over. 

 

What do I do if a package is lost or damaged?

If your package is taking longer than normal to reach you, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will make it right.

 

What are the duties or taxes for importing goods into my country?

Unfortunately, due to constantly changing laws and the sheer number of countries in the world, it is impossible for us to predict whether your order will be charged duty or other import taxes / fees.  We strongly advise you to contact the appropriate agency in your country to learn about the regulations and possible costs of purchasing goods from outside the country.

 

May I return an item or order I have purchased from Cardhaus.com?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.  If your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for a new copy. If the game has a missing component or defect, the publisher will need to be contacted to get replacements. We do not have replacements for individual game pieces. If you have any problems contacting the publisher please contact us and we will help you with it. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued.
