Free UPS shipping on domestic orders over $99. This offer does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact sales@cardhaus.com. If the game has a missing component or defect, the publisher will need to be contacted to get replacements. We do not have replacements for individual game pieces. If the Publisher does not support replacements, shipping will need to paid to return the item for an exchange or refund. If you have any problems contacting the publisher please contact us and we will help you with it. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued.
