Does my order qualify for free shipping?
As long as your order is being shipped to an address in the contiguous U.S. and is $99 or more, shipping is on us! We utilize UPS and FedEx for our orders that qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates and terms are subject to change. ***Free shipping orders that contain Warhammer Spray Paint will incur a $4.50 handling fee to help cover the increased costs of shipping dangerous goods (aerosol cans.) ***
Does Cardhaus.com ship to locations outside of the U.S.?
Yes! We ship to anywhere in the world, with a few exceptions. We do not offer free shipping outside of the contiguous U.S.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We ship nearly every order within one business day of the order being placed. In the unlikely event that we aren't able to ship your order within one to two business days we will contact you to let you know about the delay.
Do you ship to postal office (p.o. boxes)?
Yes, through USPS shipping. Please note, we use UPS and FedEx for our free shipping method and they do not deliver to P.O boxes. If you want your order delivered to a P.O. Box, you will have to pay for USPS shipping.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx.
USPS Shipping
USPS shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service. If you live outside the United States your order will be delivered by the national postal service of the country in which you reside (e.g. Canada Post, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc...).
For domestic shipments we offer the following options for USPS shipping options:
- Ground Advantage (formally First Class Mail/Parcel Select) - This shipping method has an average transit time of 3-4 days to the continental US. Packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Territories may take a little longer, but usually no more than 7 days. All Ground Advantage packages include tracking.
- Priority Mail - This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-3 days to the continental US. Packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Territories may take a little longer, but usually no more than 4-5 days. All Priority Mail packages include tracking. Priority Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery date. In some cases it can take the USPS longer than the quoted 1-3 business days (including Saturday). This is unfortunately out of our control if the package takes longer than the quoted time. Here is the link to the USPS Priority Mail website for more information.
For international shipments we offer the following options for USPS shipping options:
- First Class Mail International - This shipping method has an average transit time of 7-18 business days. Orders shipped using this method will be delivered by the national post office of your country. It is possible, though not likely, that packages sent this way will be subjected to additional inspection by customs. When this happens it can delay a shipment by a few days to a week. This shipping method does not have a tracking number so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
- Priority Mail International - This shipping method has an average transit time of 6-10 business days to most major markets. Some shipments may take longer depending on the location. How do I track an order shipped using USPS?
- Orders sent using USPS can be tracked here. Simply enter the tracking number provided to you through the email you received from us when your order was processed. If you didn't receive a tracking number with your shipment or the tracking number has been lost please contact us and we will be happy to send it over.
UPS Shipping
UPS shipping is provided by the United Parcel Service. UPS is the world's largest global courier service providing shipping to more than 220 countries.
For domestic shipments we offer the following options through UPS shipping options:
- UPS Ground - This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-7 days to the 48 contiguous US states and D.C. UPS Ground is not available to Hawaii or other US Territories and is not recommended for Alaska. All UPS shipments come with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - This shipping method has a transit time of 2 business days. Orders will be processed the following business day. All UPS shipments come with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. For example: If an order is placed on Monday, it will not be picked up by UPS until Tuesday. Once it has been picked up by UPS on Tuesday, it needs 2 business days to arrive. UPS guarantees delivery by end of the day Thursday.
- UPS Next Day Air - This shipping method has a transit time of 1 business day. Orders will be processed the following business day. All UPS shipments come with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- UPS SurePost - This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. UPS SurePost usually takes 1-2 days longer than normal UPS Ground service however can exceed this occasionally. All UPS shipments come with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
For international shipments we offer the following options through UPS shipping options:
- UPS Worldwide Expedited - This shipping method has an average transit time of 4-7 days to most locations. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- UPS Worldwide Express - This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-4 days with delivery by 3pm on the day of delivery. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- UPS Worldwide Express Saver- This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-4 days with delivery by end-of-day instead of 3pm on the day of delivery. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- UPS Standard to Canada - This shipping method has an average transit time of 2-4 days to most locations in Canada. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

FedEx Shipping

best places to work. They deliver to over 220 countries and also deliver residential packages on Sundays in most areas.
For domestic shipments we offer the following options through FedEx shipping options:
- FedEx Ground - This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-5 business days to the 48 contiguous US states and D.C. FedEx Ground transit times to Hawaii and Alaska are 3- 7 business days. FedEx Ground is not available when shipping to other US Territories All FedEx shipments come with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- FedEx 2nd Day - This shipping method has a transit time of 2 business days. Orders will be processed the following business day. All FedEx shipments come with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. For example: If an order is placed on Monday, it will not be picked up by FedEx until Tuesday. Once it has been picked up by FedEx on Tuesday, it needs 2 business days to arrive. FedEx guarantees delivery by 8pm Thursday.
- FedEx Priority Overnight - This shipping method delivers the next business Monday-Friday day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon to residences and 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas. Orders will be processed the following business day. All FedEx shipments come with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- FedEx Ground Economy - This service combines the consistency and reliability of FedEx Ground while also providing a more economical shipping solution. Final delivery is typically made by FedEx however may be provided by the U.S. Postal Service in certain areas. FedEx Ground Economy usually takes 1-2 days longer than normal FedEx Ground service however can exceed this occasionally. All FedEx shipments come with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
For international shipments we offer the following options through FedEx shipping options:
- FedEx International Connect Plus - This shipping method is available to 45 markets (including Canada) and has an average transit time of 2-5 business days to most locations however could take longer for some locations due to customs clearance. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- FedEx International Economy - This shipping method has an average transit time of 2-5 business days to most locations however could be up to 10 days for some locations due to customs clearance. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- FedEx International Priority - This shipping method has an average transit time of 1-3 business days however could be up to 7 days for some locations due to customs clearance. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- FedEx Ground (Canada) - This shipping method has an average transit time of 2-7 business days to Canada via FedEx Ground services. Comes with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
How do I track an order shipped using FedEx?

What are the duties or taxes for importing goods into my country?
Unfortunately, due to constantly changing laws and the sheer number of countries in the world, it is impossible for us to predict whether your order will be charged duty or other import taxes / fees. We strongly advise you to contact the appropriate agency in your country to learn about the regulations and possible costs of purchasing goods from outside the country.
May I return an item or order I have purchased from Cardhaus.com?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. If your order arrives damaged, please contact sales@cardhaus.com. If the game has a missing component or defect, the publisher will need to be contacted to get replacements. We do not have replacements for individual game pieces. If the Publisher does not support replacements, shipping will need to paid to return the item for an exchange or refund. If you have any problems contacting the publisher please contact us and we will help you with it. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued.
What shipping information do I need to provide for my order to be processed?
We require the following information in order to process your order:
- Your full name
- Your street address including any apartment / block / building numbers
- Your city
- Your state / province / district / county
- Your postal code
- Your country
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
We will only use this information as far as is necessary to process your order and get the products to you. An email address is required for receiving your order confirmation and invoice as well as the tracking information for your order. A telephone number is required to provide to the carrier for your package in the event that they have trouble delivering your order.
